Live coding interview
A live coding interview is one in which a candidate writes code in real time while the interviewer watches and discusses, usually in a shared editor such as CoderPad.
Talk through your thinking as you type. Interviewers score how you handle hints, test your code and recover from mistakes, not only whether the final answer is correct.
