Known limitations
- Aissence does not invent skills, employers, dates, or outcomes.
- A match score is directional and does not guarantee ATS passage or an interview.
- Only evidence present in the resume should be retained.
Frequently asked questions
Does tailoring add missing skills?
No. The workflow identifies gaps and can rephrase existing evidence, but it does not add unsupported claims.
When does the Role Match score update?
Editing marks the previous score stale. Aissence recalculates after the edit debounce or when you select Recalculate score.
