Application workflow
Your applications do not disappear after you submit
The Aissence Application Command Center connects Chrome Autofill, reusable application answers, resume selection, a review step, the Job Tracker, and optional Gmail signals. Aissence prepares; you review and submit.
How it works
- 1
Prepare the application
Select the relevant resume and use saved profile details and reviewed answers for supported fields.
- 2
Review before submission
Check every populated field, generated answer, attachment, and employer instruction before you submit the application.
- 3
Track what happens next
Keep the application in the tracker and, when connected, use Gmail signals to identify confirmations, recruiter replies, interviews, offers, or rejections.
- 4
Prepare for the interview
When an application reaches Interview, continue to interview preparation, Mock Interview practice, and the Desktop Interview Copilot.
Supported features
- Chrome extension autofill for supported fields
- Saved application answers with user review
- Resume selection per application
- Review Queue for items needing attention
- Application status tracking
- Optional Gmail lifecycle signals
Known limitations
- Aissence does not guarantee that every ATS field or custom employer question can be filled.
- The candidate remains responsible for reviewing and submitting each application.
- Gmail tracking requires permission and can be disconnected; detection depends on message content.
