Aissence is a small, remote-first team building one connected platform for the candidate journey: find the right job, build the right application, prepare, practice, and interview with confidence. We are not hiring against a fixed list right now, but we always read strong speculative applications.
How we work
Candidate-first by default
Every feature is judged by whether it helps a real candidate prepare honestly and get a fair shot. We do not ship growth tactics that trade trust for clicks.
Evidence over vibes
We document what we ship, measure activation and outcomes, and write down the limits of what our tools can and cannot do.
Small team, wide ownership
Engineers, designers, and writers own problems end to end. You will see your work reach candidates in days, not quarters.
Open roles
There are no open positions listed at the moment. When roles open, they will be published here with a clear scope, level, and location. We do not use this page to collect resumes for roles that do not exist.
