We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must provide a valid reason for your refund request
• Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
• For subscription plans, refunds are only applicable to the most recent billing cycle
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• Requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired
• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies
• Subscription renewals beyond the initial purchase (you may cancel to avoid future charges)
• Services already consumed or heavily used (e.g., extensive use of AI credits or features)
• Purchases made with promotional codes or during special discounts (unless required by law)
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order/transaction ID and the email address associated with your account
3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
5. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Please note: Response times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Once your refund request is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Access to premium features will be revoked upon refund approval
For ongoing subscriptions:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
