An AI interview copilot is software that listens to interview questions and suggests how to answer them on your screen, or that runs practice interviews beforehand. Some products do only one of these; others do both.

A live copilot captures audio, turns the question into text, and drafts an answer outline from the question plus your resume and the job description. Whether you may use one during a real interview depends entirely on the employer's rules.
