One-way video interview
A one-way video interview is a recorded interview in which the candidate answers pre-set questions on camera on their own schedule, with no interviewer present, and the recordings are reviewed later by the employer.
You usually get a short preparation window per question and a fixed answer time, often one to three minutes. Practice structured answers out loud against a timer, and test your camera and microphone before you begin.
