Behavioral interview

A behavioral interview asks about specific past situations ("tell me about a time you...") on the idea that how you acted before predicts how you will act in the job.

Prepare five or six real stories from your work and be ready to adapt each to different questions. Structure each with the STAR method and make your own actions the longest part.
