Troubleshooting
If the feature does not start
Confirm that you are signed in, your connection is active, required fields are complete, and browser or operating-system permissions are allowed. Then retry once.
The page says information is missing
Open the highlighted field or setup page, add the requested information, save it, and return to the feature.
A permission was denied
Open browser or operating-system settings, allow the specific permission, then reload the feature. Do not enable unrelated permissions.
The result is incomplete or inaccurate
Check the source profile, resume, job description, or prompt. Correct the source information and generate or process the result again.
