WARN & company intelligence

Use public WARN notices as one signal

Aissence is designing a source-provenance-first WARN explorer. Until state datasets are connected, use this public checklist to assess a notice without treating it as a guarantee about your individual role.

When you find a notice, verify

  • The filing state and agency that published it.
  • The employer legal entity, worksite, notice date, and effective date.
  • Whether the notice describes a closure, mass layoff, or another event type.
  • What your employer has separately communicated about your team, benefits, and final pay.
  • The source date—public records can be amended or delayed.

Keep the transition moving

Gather the official document or notice before making a final decision. Then continue with the next Aissence workflow.
